Evaluating its sealing performance mainly starts from three dimensions: materials, structural design, and standard testing.

In terms of structural design, the key area adopts raised embossing combined with conductive carbon particles or metal dot structures to avoid the risk of water leakage during operation. The surrounding frame is tightly adhered to the panel shell with high adhesive material, blocking the intrusion of external pollution sources such as dust, oil, and liquids.

IP rating is often used as a reference for protection performance in the industry. IP65 rating indicates that the panel can completely prevent dust from entering and can withstand low-pressure water spray from all directions; The IP67 rating indicates that it can still function normally under short-term immersion. Through standard tests such as salt spray testing, water spray testing, and dust testing, its weather resistance and protection level can be comprehensively evaluated.
